BUILDER. COACH.
UNCOMMON LEADER.

Chris Malleo is a former Northwestern University and professional football player turned world-class entrepreneur, investor, and leadership strategist, committed to helping people reject average and build lives of purpose, power, and impact.

He started as a high school football coach and led his team to a #1 national ranking through a system of culture, belief, and standards. Today, that same leadership philosophy powers everything he builds, from multi-million-dollar real estate ventures to transformation-driven coaching, content, and consulting.

Chris is the author of The ChairLeader, a best selling book on leadership, connection, and courage, featuring a foreword by Hall of Fame coach Jay Wright and endorsements from bestselling author Jon Gordon, Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney, and Jersey Mike’s Founder and CEO Peter Cancro.

He is also the creator of the Uncommon Leadership System, a proven framework used by executives, teams, and organizations to create alignment, elevate culture, and lead with conviction. Chris is currently enrolled at Harvard Business School in the Authentic Leadership Development (ALD) program, further sharpening his mission to lead at the highest level.

Through The Impact Co., his nonprofit initiative, Chris is bringing mobile gyms, mindset coaching, and spiritual transformation to underserved communities, proving that world-class leadership can (and should) start with service.

Chris is a devoted husband to Ashley and a proud father of four. His belief is simple:
Amazing isn’t an accident. It’s built one decision, one standard, and one courageous step at a time.
